With a strong background in engineering and design my strength lies in building large scale enterprise products through efficient cross-functional collaborations and user-centric mindset.
I practice UX tools and research methods like personas, eco-system maps, behavioral research, intent analysis, competitive research, lab usability testing, A/B testing, user Interviews, and surveys. Apart from these, I hold expertise in applications like Sketch, Balsamic, Principle for Mac, Miro, InVision, Hotjar, Google Analytics, Moz, and Power BI.
My design process helps me deliver the results quickly and efficiently by mapping the user-centric goals into wireframes, user flows, interaction flows, process flows, prototypes and high-fidelity visual designs.

As a professional, I've worked with some of the large and mid-size enterprise clients across geos in several enterprise domains like cybersecurity, human resource, e-commerce, manufacturing, healthcare, data & information, etc.
